asked a simple question, to tell about a moment in their life that inspired
them to make music.
As a document of the ideas, motivations, obstacles and rewards of music making
in the independent music scene - this is an absolutely fascinating, inspired
look at a rarely observed process, one that serves not only as a gripping selection
of human-interest story-telling, but as a guide to all those who have wandered
about or wanted to become involved in the underground music scene.
The film
was shot by Braden King who made the film, Dutch Harbor, and recently completed
work on the upcoming ‘The Dirty Three documentary’. Looking
at each of these engrossing characters discussing the moment where they went
from average teenage geek to, er, conceptual music artist geek makes for essential
viewing - this DVD comes with a massive recommendation."

Immaginate una storia in cui c’è una bambina bionda, vestita di rosa, che beve solo latte, che si chiama Anna e che è l’invidia di ogni genitore. Immaginate che un bel mattino Anna, svegliandosi, si ritrovi di colpo a essere tipo Marilyn Manson: capelli neri arruffati, abiti rigorosamente neri, aria un po’ gotica, una stanza sporchissima e un sacco di parolacce. Bjork è stata nominata agli mtv europe music awards come Best alternative. Ma non ha vinto... immagino sarà a casa sua a strapparsi le treccine dai capelli e rotolarsi sul pavimento urlando/cantando ancestors.

Per il video del
mese di novembre ho realizzato un mini special ma che sicuramente
interesserà molti di voi. E' Army of Me cantata al Festivalbar
1995, voglio ringraziare Maurizio per avermi inviato il video e per
condividerlo con tutti. Il formato è Quicktime; mentre per l'audio ho
