Con la testimonianza diretta di Björk, del cineasta Thor Fridriksson e dei maggiori protagonisti di quella contemporanea si ripercorre la storia degli ultimi 100 anni di musica del paese islandese attraverso videoclip assolutamente inediti di ieri e di oggi. Björk, Sigur Rós, Múm, Sugar Cube, Bang Gang, Mugison sono solo alcuni dei numerosissimi gruppi che per 87 minuti offrono uno spaccato di musica ed immagini preziosi ed afascinanti.
Presentato al Göteborg International Film Festival e proiettato nei maggiori festival internazionali ed europei arriva in Italia per la prima volta al Tekfestival.
