Björk Swedish Brasserie’s cuisine offers contemporary dishes inspired by the great Nordic Cuisine tradition. Salting, smoking, drying, marinating, fermentation and slow cooking at low-temperature are the basis of our research. Wild raw materials from the animal and plant world are imported directly from Sweden.
