L’atmosfera natalizia è nell’aria e Bjork vi accoglie con alcune iniziative che ripropongono le tipiche tradizioni svedesi.

Dal venerdi alla domenica sera Bjork vi offre il Glögg, il vin brulé svedese da gustare all’aperto intorno al camino acceso. Il 25 dicembre Bjork festeggia il Natale con il Julbord (da Jul, ovvero Natale) la versione natalizia dello smörgåsbord, il tradizionale buffet svedese.

Gli svedesi preparano e gustano questo prelibato buffet la vigilia di natale. Dopo la cena arriva il momento dell’apertura dei regali. Il giorno di Natale è per gli svedesi il giorno del relax. La giornata si svolge infatti nel totale confort della propria casa, si scartano gli ultimi regali, si chiacchera, si legge un libro, si sta in famiglia mangiando ciò che resta dal cenone della sera precedente, sempre molto ricco. Insomma, non si esce di casa prima del 26 dicembre e le parole d’ordine sono due: buona cucina e buona compagnia.

Se volete festaggiare il capodanno in stile svedese, Bjork è lieto di invitarvi al cenone di San Silvestro con aperitivo, menu completo proposto dallo chef e brindisi finale. Dal martedì al sabato potrete invece scoprire il Light Winter Lunch, un pranzo completo a soli 14 euro.

Christmas by Bjork, the Christmas spirit in Swedish style

The Christmas spirit is in the air and Bjork welcomes you with some initiatives preserving the typical Swedish traditions.

From Friday to Sunday evening Bjork offers the Glögg, the Swedish mulled wine that can be enjoyed around the outdoor fireplace. On December 25, Bjork celebrates Christmas with Julbord (from Jul, the swedish word for Christmas) the Christmas version of the smörgåsbord, the traditional Swedish buffet.

The Swedish prepare and taste this delicious buffet on Christmas Eve. After dinner comes the time to open gifts. Christmas means relax . The day takes place in the total comfort of the house, where the families open the remaining gifts, talk, read a book, eat what is left from the dinner of the night before, always very rich. In short, they don’t leave the house before 26 December and the keywords are two: good food and good company.

If you want to celebrate the end of the year in Swedish style, Bjork is pleased to invite you to the New Year’s Eve dinner with an aperitif, the full menu proposed by the chef and the final toast. From Tuesday to Saturday, guests can discover the Light Winter Lunch, a full meal with only € 14.
